Job description:

As a front desk/sales employee, you are the first point of contact at Sportcentrum Hoorn. You provide a warm welcome and help members with things like making appointments. It is up to you to answer any questions and resolve any issues, where possible immediately. You are also also responsible for incoming phone calls and emails.

What we would like to see:

• You have at least a secondary vocational education (MBO) level.
• You are computer literate
• You have good communication skills.
• You work independently and try to solve problems yourself first.
• You live within a 25 km radius of Sportcentrum Hoorn.
