Strength & Conditioning
Strength & conditioning at Sportcentrum Hoorn not your standard workout. It combines strength, fitness, and perseverance in a single training session.
During each session, you build a strong foundation by working on functional strength. You are challenged to become structurally stronger with heavy weights. You train with equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, boxes, ropes, and your own body weight.
No two workouts are the same; your body is stimulated in new ways every time. After the strength block, you challenge yourself in terms of fitness, coordination, and perseverance in a short, intensive workout.
Expect sweat, adrenaline, and results. Our coaches ensure that you train properly, push yourself safely, and become stronger and stronger. Strength & Conditioning is for anyone who wants to push their limits and enjoys working hard. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, you will always train at your own level.
