Our kickboxing classes are intense workouts that include both traditional bag training and intensive full-body exercises.
You rapidly alternate punching and kicking techniques with exercises using your own body weight. The result: a complete workout that builds strength, explosiveness, and endurance.

An addictive mix of boxing and kickboxing, alternating between fast-paced boxing and full-body exercises. A complete workout for strength and conditioning.
