During an Indoor Cycling class, you cycle on advanced spinning bikes in an energetic setting filled with music, light, and motivation.
All our training sessions are based on wattage. This allows you to get the most out of every ride, regardless of your level.
You can easily read the time, resistance, and RPM on your bike's display, so you know exactly how hard you're working.
Whether you are a beginner looking to improve your fitness or an experienced cyclist seeking targeted training, you will always find the right challenge with us.

Types of lessons
Fatburn
A class with moderate intensity that is physically challenging. The intensity is between 4 and 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. The class is suitable for both beginners and advanced. Intervals with longer work periods are alternated with sprints and climbs.
INTENS
A class for intermediate and advanced cyclists. The intensity is between 6 and 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. You will be challenged to the max with sprints, climbs, jumps and intervals.
Wattage test
This test helps you determine your cycling level. For 20 minutes, you cycle at a pace between 80 and 90 RPM to deliver your maximum wattage. After the test, the computer uses this result to calculate an FTP value. You can then use this FTP value in class to set the bike to your level!
