Forms of Yoga
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a gentle form of yoga. By relaxing your muscles, you reach your connective tissue, located in the deeper layers of your body. Connective tissue strengthens and lengthens more slowly than muscle tissue. That is why Yin Yoga poses are held for between three and five minutes. Yin Yoga provides deep relaxation.
Yin Yang Yoga
A combination of Yin and Flow classes. Yin is a relaxed form, focused on connective tissue. You hold each pose for longer. Flow is about connecting breath and movement and is a dynamic form, in which the poses flow smoothly into one another. Yin Yang Yoga creates physical and mental balance.
Yoga Flow
Flow Yoga is a powerful, dynamic form of yoga in which you move through different poses connected to your breathing. The poses flow smoothly into one another and create physical and mental balance.
