PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA THROUGH THE RESERVATION APP
Sportcentrum Hoorn .V. uses a digital booking app to schedule, modify, and cancel classes and activities. The SCH Reformer app is used for all Reformer Pilates-related matters; for our open fitness classes, we use the SCH Coach app; and the Sportivity app is used for all other classes and activities.
When you use these apps, we process the following personal data:
– Name and contact information;
– Account and user information;
– Membership information;
– Reservation, attendance, and no-show data;
– Body measurements and health information;
– Training history and progress;
– Communication preferences (such as email and push notifications);
– Technical data necessary for the app’s operation and security (such as app version and device information).
This personal data is processed for the following purposes:
– Managing and processing reservations and waiting lists;
– Providing information about classes, changes, and reservations;
– Preventing abuse and enforcing reservation policies;
– Improving service delivery and capacity planning;
– Purchasing various products;
– The administrative and contractual processing of membership.
The legal basis for this processing is the administration of membership and the legitimate interest of Sportcentrum Hoorn .V. in organizing its services in a proper and fair manner.
Reservation and attendance data are retained during the membership period and after the membership ends; this data can be deleted upon request.
Communication via the booking app may include emails or push notifications that are necessary for the provision of the service. Marketing communications will only be sent if prior consent has been given.
If restrictions are automatically applied within the booking app—such as temporary booking restrictions in the event of repeated no-shows—the member always has the right to object to these restrictions and request a manual review.
